Donations to our Learners’ Fund support us in our work. Help us provide class supplies, training workshops, learner transportation, learner bursaries, healthy snacks and class field trips.

Learner bursaries are given to learners who are moving on to further studies. Bursaries can change lives, as they help people get through the financially challenging first month of school.

Training Workshops give help people get the skills they need to succeed in the workplace. Skills like First Aid, WHMIS, Food Safety, OHS and Nova Scotia BEST service excellence training.

Healthy snacks provide our learners with the energy and nutrition to be able to learn. Just like children, adults have a hard time learning on an empty stomach.

Class field trips to CBU plays, local museums and special events help our learners become more engaged in the community, which makes our communities stronger.
